Mr. Reed founded REEMAC Properties with the intention of creating a superior real estate holding and property management organization. Within the first month of operation, Mr. Reed structured the acquisition of two properties in New Jersey totaling 15,000 sq. ft. of rental space. Under Mr. Reed's leadership, the company has maintained steady growth, sustained a 100% occupancy rate, and continues to leverage portfolio holdings to fund future projects with minimal exposure to risk and market volatility.
Mr. Reed is a member of the Property Owners Association of New Jersey and the Metropolitan Real Estate and Investors Association. Mr. Reed holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Boston University.
